Here’s a little more about Harry:

Harry Pickens is an award-winning performing artist, educator, composer, author, workshop facilitator and life transformation coach. His career as a jazz pianist has taken him to 17 countries throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas, featuring collaborative performances with many of the world’s brightest jazz stars, including Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Henderson, James Moody and more.

As a composer, Harry has produced works for the likes of Wendell Berry and StageOne Family Theatre, and his composition “The Awakening Heart” was featured in a personal performance for the Dalai Lama.

As a life transformation coach, he develops and shares practical applications of cutting-edge research in the science of well-being, helping his individual and organizational clients learn how to rewire their brains for less stress, more joy, greater productivity, and more ease.

Through his work he helps people awaken to their own intuitive potential and the dissolution of racial injustice.

Harry is the author of the books Fifteen Minutes To Freedom: The Power and Promise of Havening Techniques, and In Tune: Lessons In Life From A Life In Music
