Mastering the Illusion

I talk with many people who understand the thought-feeling nature of the human experience, many of whom are very quick to dismiss much of their feelings because they see the transient nature of thought and therefore understand that whatever they may be feeling now will pass, just as all thoughts pass when we allow them. They get it! They see that we always return to our natural state of love and wellbeing if we allow it.

And I also talk with many people who have some amazing desires in life yet seem to use their understanding to dismiss these desires. Most of these people are either broke or borderline broke, and use their understanding of these principles of human life to remind them that even though they be broke, they are fine, they don’t need fixing, they don’t need anything, they have all they need within.

Well frankly, I’m bored with that! Sure, we can all go omm atop a mountain to get in touch with ourselves, our human nature, our innate wellbeing….

What if we used our understanding of the nature of the human experience to create something amazing in the world. Yes, AMAZING - those thoughts we have running through our heads that enliven us and energise us when we come across something that we think is, well… amazing!! Oh yes, of course, ‘amazing’ is just a thought too, right, yeah cool, I get that, and:

Given a choice, I much prefer the human experience of amazement to comatose.

What if we used our understanding to start taking shots at creating something amazing, knowing that if we fail, stumble or fall, that we’re always ok? What if we used our understanding to see that failure is thought-created, and doesn’t exist without thought? Wouldn’t we be creating within an understanding where we could not fail?

If you understand the nature of the human experience of life and want to use it solely to remind yourself the world is perfect (it is, yes, but..) and are convincing yourself that you are or can be happy without doing anything, cool, scroll on by. I respect your peace.

But if you are interested in exploring the art of the possible, are willing to forsake any concept of probable, and have a desire to create something for a greater good, knowing that whether you succeed or not will have no true affect on your wellbeing, if you are interested in getting creative within the illusion of life, and are willing to stumble occasionally and get a grazed knee, if you know you can be ok being broke but want to be so creative it will be harder to be broke than wealthy, then let’s talk.

Let’s explore how we might stumble, fail, laugh, cry, and have our own fist-bump ommms together.

Let’s use this illusion to CREATE a better world for our children, so that they may enjoy their world with fewer grazed knees and enjoy the beautiful mountains...
