In her first career, Nikki was a Clinical Nutrition leader in a large healthcare organization. She had the good fortune to transition roles and provide leadership and team development across many hospitals and cultures. For the past twenty years, Nikki has provided coaching and facilitation services to a variety of organizations and industries with an emphasis on healthcare.
