Nikki Carpenter is an ICF professional certified coach; facilitator and teacher who is passionate about helping leaders discover and maximize their strengths and creativity, so they can do the same for those they lead. She believes that leadership is a powerful opportunity to embrace challenge and change as paths to personal and organizational growth and service. Nikki helps pave the way for leaders to speak more confidently, give more effective feedback, create stronger, more dynamic teams and realize their vision for leadership excellence.

In her first career, Nikki was a Clinical Nutrition leader in a large healthcare organization. She had the good fortune to transition roles and provide leadership and team development across many hospitals and cultures. For the past twenty years, Nikki has provided coaching and facilitation services to a variety of organizations and industries with an emphasis on healthcare.
